Purpose of the Position:
To support the Multichoice customer’s Payment journey in the area of Payment Integration, Compliance and End to End testing
Key Performance Objectives

Tasks
Operational Delivery

End to End Internal / external testing and stage gate signoff
1st line analysis for vendor issues
System support – Analyzing payment errors, Validating the test environments and vendor production tests
UAT Coordination – (EBS, In country, vendor and corporate)
Onboarding/offboarding
Vendor compliance / integration
Engage with customers (internal / external) regularly ensuring requirements and service levels are being met
Provide payment vendor support on all projects and sub projects such as: Ad-hoc BAU requests, e.g. Pricing, VAT and New products etc.
Assist business and support leads on the operational support of 3rd Party Payments testing
Create Welcome Packs for Vendor Integration (VSC, Agent Based, Direct Payment Services)
Creating Test Documentation and test plans
Ensure all Vendor test cases are accurately executed and documented
Understand logical event sequences necessary for successful integration using different tools and standards.
Gather, prioritize and follow up on new enhancements, support issues and application defects.
Raise SD’s for Flaws in QA & Production
Identify and analyse defects.
3rd Party Vendor 1st line support
3rd Party Integration Standby support
Provide input into weekly and monthly reporting
Understand goals and objectives of vendor as compared to the purpose and capabilities of the 3rd Party payment systems.
Understand software testing components involved during payment integration.
Good understanding of the SDLC process
Qualifications Essential

Degree in Technology / Information Management/ Informatics
ISTQB essential
Experience
