Job available We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls Capture curriculum vitae on our database Making boardroom bookings for any activities Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone email Receive sort and distribute deliveries Controlling access via the reception desk by directing visitors to the appropriate person and office

Requirements 12 years work experience as a Receptionist Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Handson experience with office equipment e g fax machines and printers Professional and customer service oriented attitude Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful driven and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Willingness and eager to learn Punctuality Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Matric.
