OFFICE CLEANER

2. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
2.1 The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
2.2 Must have the ability to perform general cleaning office duties.
2.3 Will attend training as and when required to do so.3. ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1 The employee shall be accountable for ensuring operations are conducted in
accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the Operator and
within the confines of the AOC and relevant operational specifications.
3.2 Responsible for the OHS in their area of responsibility and accountability
reporting into this role.
3.3 Accountable for the management of safety risks and security threats to aircraft
operations.4. RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Carrying out cleaning duties during working hours.
4.2 Ensure that all toilets have paper hand towels, toilet paper and toilet spray.
4.3 Making tea/coffee for Executive Managers, visitors and managers when
required to do so.
4.4 Cleaning of executive suite and reception and all other offices, training rooms,
kitchens and canteen.
4.5 Cleaning of entrance glass door and glass door leading to the executive suite.
4.6 Emptying and cleaning of dustbins in Executive suite and Reception at least
twice per day plus all other office dustbins once a day.
4.7 Check and fill up water coolers when necessary.
4.8 Responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Company Standards as laid out in the manuals of procedure, and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
4.9 Will assist with any additional tasks within the contexts of the job description.PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
